<div><b>Colin Hay</b> is Professor of Political Science at Sciences Po, France. He is  Affiliate Professor of Political Analysis and Founding Co-Director of SPERI at the University of Sheffield, UK. He is the author of a number of books including <i>Civic Capitalism</i>, <i>The Legacy of Thatcherism</i>, <i>The Failure of Anglo-Liberal Capitalism</i> and <i>The Political Economy of European Welfare Capitalism</i>. He is Co-Editor, alongside Anthony Payne, of the <i>Building a Sustainable Political Economy: SPERI Research & Policy</i> series.</div><div><br/></div><div><b>Tom Hunt</b> is Policy Research Officer at SPERI, the University of Sheffield, UK.
